Catering, on or off campus, is also available. Choose Saint Paul College’s City View Catering for your event. Small or large groups – breakfast, lunch or dinner – our priority is to please you by offering delicious menus at competitive prices. Once you choose your menu, Contact Christine Melendez, Catering Coordinator, for details at 651.846.4048 or email Chirstine.melendez@kaoyandata.net.

Catering requests for all events held on campus, have to be submitted to the Saint Paul College Catering department. The Catering department has “First Right of Refusal” and will work to accommodate all catering requests. However, in the unlikely event that the Food Service Contractor is unable to cater an event, written permission will need to be obtained from the Catering Manager through an email or the Special expense Form before an off campus vendor can be selected. In the event that the use of an off campus vendor is approved, the vendor must provide proof of liability insurance in the form of a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

If you have any menu suggestions or feedback feel free to reach out directly to our Food Service Manager Corey Pittman, Corey.Pittman@kaoyandata.net or 651.403.4048.

If you have any Special Expense Order, please use our online special expense form application. This form can be accessed by all employees at Saint Paul College when on a campus network, or while working remotely, by connecting to the network via VPN or VDI Remote Desktop.
